I joined this site and initially had no issues. If you like a girl and they like you it’s a Match and the girl has to make the first move. Sounds sensible! The problem is you run out of people rather quickly so of course you delete your payment details so they won’t renew….. until they renew and take another payment. I’ve repeatedly written to their “customer service” only to be told by an automated message that their bees are very busy and will get back to me. They didn’t get back to me, closed my query and still haven’t replied to the subsequent query. I’m waiting a month now for a reply.

I had my profile set to hidden and hadn’t filled out much along with uploading one photo. All of a sudden I get bombarded with sleezy messages. I was really put off by it and contacted customer service for a refund and to de-activate my account. No response of course. I’ll stick with eharmony, they have a better reputation and only matches can contact you along with having settings that work correctly.

I was constantly hacked. My profile was changed. I was connected with contractors, engineers who were in foreign countries. They started sending very nice e-mails. Then lo and behold they ran out of money and asked for it from me. Not good.

The flirts and messages and favorites you get are from their IT staff. They send it to you to keep you interested, to scam money from you. They also have a way of making you think you are communicating with a real person. They email and send a cell number you can text to. You exchange a few text messages. You wonder at certain times you do not get a reply. Because this is also from their staff. Again to keep your acct active, to keep scamming you for money.

Save your money and go to a more established dating site.

Another useless site that makes money out of people who are trying to find a partner. I signed up for this site and paid the subscription and then I downloaded the app but the subscription doesn’t show on the app. It took ages to find a contact form for a refund, what is the bet I don’t get a refund? Don’t bother with this site as I filled in my distance preference which was 50 miles of where I live and guess what, no matches – I am sick of being ripped off by these sites

I wouldn’t give this dreadful website one star, but I don’t think I can give less than that. Do not touch. They are not speical and nor are the majority of the profiles. I joined as I read a poll for the best UK dating websites. Its comes out high. I cannot understand how. Whoever compiles those polls has got this very wrong. The cancellation process is dreadful. It’s all a trick and the only way they’ll get people to renew. There should be a law against what they do. Do not – I repeat do not use this website under any circumstance. You absolutely won’t find love and will just be badly, badly ripped off.

This really is an appalling site. After reading the other comments, I could relate to everyone who had raised concerns. £120 lighter for a 3 month membership which would seem to generate fake emails of people expressing interest or making comments on my profile only for me to log in and see no such comments. Absolute fraud with no chance of refund. This was on the 2nd day of paying for a premium membership. Disgusting

Basically full of fake accounts and make it confusing and difficult to cancel which is what happened to me and I didn’t notice until they sucked out $60 of mine I never agreed to. They wont refund of course. They are nothing but liars and thieves. Dont ever give them a penny or any information.

Sad to see such attitude, but their photos, questions and attitudes are very political oriented. If you have different political belief, you will have difficult and hard to deal with.

It is what it is..don’t have high expectations it’s online dating! Easy to use app..I only utilised it for a months subscription so that worked for me..it was clear and easy.

There is room for improvement, but I am grateful that my guy found me!

Tubit.com is not a reputable company and they don’t handle complaints well. They are great scammers and claim to have many more members than they have.

Do not waste your money on Tubit.com… If you are looking for overweight out of shape smokers then yes this is the site for you otherwise save your money.

I cancelled my subscription to Tubit.com one day short of two weeks from when my paid subscription ends. When I cancelled, they stated that my paid subscription ended that day before the one day shy of two weeks

Avoid Tubit.com dating site. False views, harassing messages, and men telling you off when you dont respond to them. Terrible dating site and a waste of money.

I have proved without any doubt their is a strong element of platform deception on the Tubit.com site, There maybe genuine users here but do not get sucked in. The site generates false information and some users or members gain reward by some means with no intention of looking to meet up with somebody, just waste your time being engaged to the site

Tubit.com is the first site that has made it easier to meet and chat with single women in my area. I met someone and it’s going great.
